It’s also about the benefits of a plant based diet without eating animal foods. She makes the case for a plant based diet well and also includes lots of vegan recipes, from appetizers to desserts and everything in between.
She goes in detail about addressing concerns over nutritional needs and answers questions about issues like ‘where do you get your protein’ on a vegetarian diet as well.
The Kind Diet also focuses on how eating a vegan, plant based diet is one of the kindest things you can do for the planet. It’s one of the most eco friendly and ‘green’ ways you can impact the environment since raising animals for food contributes more to the detriment of our environment than all the auto pollution combined.
