Suggesting to substitute an Egg McMuffin for a bagel is certainly not healthy choice. Yes, you save calories, but is an Egg McMuffin healthy to begin with? Not hardly. Weighing in at 37% fat it’s way off the scale. Instead of suggesting an Egg McMuffin, why not suggest bringing a couple of bananas, melon or fruit salad along rather than eating out.
