Raw Milk; Controversial, Gaining Popularity

Advocates of raw, unpasteurized milk are gaining popularity amidst warnings from government agencies. The process of pasteurization kills bacteria and is used to ‘protect’ consumers, according to government regulators. Pasteurization also kills the food and good bacteria as well, making it sterile and without nutrition, advocates maintain.
