The autopsy on actor Heath Ledger has revealed apparently no foul play and no illicit drugs.

What was found was a combination of over-the-counter and prescription medications near his body. Apparently the prescription sleeping pills Ambien and anti-anxiety drugs were being used by the actor prior to his death.

This would lead to the conclusion that he died from taking FDA approved medications. He will join over 100,000 others that die each year from approved pharmaceutical drugs and medications according to the American Medical Association.

This is an example of the ‘drugging of America’ that has been steadily increasing since big pharmaceutical drug companies started advertising on television and prescriptions for medications have followed.

It’s a shame so many opt to ‘pop a pill’ rather than seek natural and alternative methods of healing.
