Never Alone With Alzheimers

With over 24 million people affected by Alzheimers around the world today, programs have been formed to help their loved ones care for them. The number affected is expected to quadruple over the next 30 years. Research studies have proven that increasing the intake of fresh fruits and vegetables and omega 3 fatty acids have show to slow the effects of Alzheimers significantly.

According to the CDC, Americans are now living longer than at any time in recent history, but notes that we’re still behind in longevity.
